TraVN (N. gonorrhoeae MS11 NCBI:CP003909) and pET22b were PCR amplified using primer pair 67/68 and primer pair 65/66 respectively. The PCR products were combined using the NEBuilder HiFi DNA Assembly Cloning Kit (New England Biolabs.).
